宿泊予約方法について
Regarding Accommodation Reservation Procedures
メールにて受付、予約確認メールが発行されます。空室があれば、ご宿泊料金と決済リンクを送信いたします。
キャンセルポリシーに同意頂き、3日以内にご入金ください（クレジットカードのみ）。
お客様による宿泊料金のご入金を確認後、ご予約完了となります。
予約確認書に記載されている詳細から宿泊人数や年齢等に変更がある場合は宿泊代金が変更される場合があります。
旅館業法に基づき全てのお客様には事前に代表者のご住所、電話番号を当施設へ申し出て頂きます。
料金についてお問い合わせいただいてからご案内いたします。
直接予約の場合、キャンセルポリシーに同意頂き、振込期日までにクレジットカードで振込をお願い致します。
合計金額と振込リンクを送ります。
宿泊料金は振り込みにて到着の7日前までに全額の事前決済をお願いしております。
Reservations are accepted by email, and a reservation confirmation email will be issued.
If rooms are available, we will send you the accommodation fee and a payment link.
Please agree to the cancellation policy and make payment within 3 days (credit card only).
Your reservation will be finalized after we confirm receipt of your payment.
If there are any changes to the number of guests, ages, or other details listed in the reservation confirmation, the total accommodation fee may change.
In accordance with the Hotel Business Act, the representative guest must provide their address and phone number to our facility in advance.
We will provide pricing details after receiving your inquiry.
For direct reservations, please agree to the cancellation policy and make the credit card payment by the specified due date.
We will send you the total amount and payment link.
Full prepayment of the accommodation fee is required by 7 days prior to arrival.

キャンセルについて
Cancellations
到着30日前までは50%返金、それを過ぎると返金不可。
50% refund will be issued up to 30 days prior to arrival. No refund will be given after that.
ハウスキーピングについて
Regarding Housekeeping
お客様がご滞在の間は、ハウスキーピングを行いません。
シーツ、タオルなど予備がございますのでお使いくださいますようお願いいたします。
清掃用具や洗剤などご自由にお使いください。
We do not provide housekeeping services during your stay. However, extra sheets and towels are available for your use. Feel free to use the cleaning supplies and detergents provided.
禁止事項
Prohibited Items/Activities
◎ 当施設は建物内全室禁煙となります。
万一、お客様もしくは同伴のお客様の喫煙が発見され、さらに室内での喫煙を止めるように警告を受けたにも関わらず喫煙を続けた場合、同伴のお客様、また喫煙されたご本人に退室頂くことがございます。その場合の返金は致しかねます。
万一、お客様もしくは同伴の方による室内での喫煙が見られた場合は追加の清掃料金最低20,000円をご請求させて頂きます。
◎ 当施設は犬、猫、小鳥等、ペット類全般の利用はお断り致します。どのような状況でもご滞在いただけません。
◎ 悪臭や強い臭いを発する物、火薬、刀剣類、麻薬などの薬物、その他法令で所持を禁じられている危険物などの持ち込みを禁止致します。
◎ 周辺にお住まいの方に迷惑がかからないよう、夜９時以降の花火、BBQ、トランポリンを禁止致します。
◎ 定員以上の宿泊客の利用は安全上の理由から禁止致します。
◎ 法令の規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の 風俗に反する行為をする恐れがあると認められるお客様の当施設の利用を禁止致します。
◎ 当施設を利用するお客様が伝染病であることが明らかな場合は当施設の利用が出来ません。

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms within our facility. If you or any accompanying guests are found smoking indoors, and despite a warning to cease smoking, continue to do so, you and any accompanying guests may be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. If smoking is detected indoors, an additional cleaning fee of at least 20,000 yen will be charged.

Pets of any kind, including dogs, cats, birds, etc., are not allowed at our facility under any circumstances.

It is prohibited to bring in items that emit offensive odors, explosives, bladed weapons, narcotics or other drugs, or any other dangerous items that are prohibited by law.

To avoid disturbing the local residents, fireworks, BBQs, and trampoline use are prohibited after 9 PM.

Due to safety reasons, exceeding the maximum number of guests allowed in the facility is prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are likely to engage in activities that violate public order, morals, or decency.

Guests who are clearly suffering from contagious diseases will not be allowed to use the facility.
